No.It's hydraulic, and self adjusting. You can rotate the dial on the lever to alter the feel of it though.

Went through this and asked the same question a couple of years ago. To me, even with the dial adjustment, the clutch engages to close to total let off. With cables one can set it anywhere. With hydraulic you're pretty much stuck.
On my Rocket, the clutch engages much sooner than on my Nomad. With the Nomad it's still a positive engagement, with no issues, but just not where I want it to be.

You CAN adjust it, but should only be attempted by the wrench types. You can shim the clutch cylinder on the left hand side gearbox, under your pretty smooth chrome cover....to give yourself more slack, add .001-.003.
To tighten it up, take .001-.003 off mounting face. Me, Myself, I've had adjustable clutch pushrod made up. Alot quicker and simplier.... If you need adjustment, you can different thickness clutch discs to put the clutch where ever you want it....I just cheated with the adjustable pushrod

You could also go the various spring/washer route. But what a load of work because you dont know how to handle a clutch lever.

Has the clutch fluid (brake fluid, Dot 4), been changed?
I would start by changing out all of the hydraulic fluids, clutch and both brakes. If you don't know for a FACT that it's been changed in the last 2 years, then change it.
