I just booked a room at 3 Peaks from Sunday 6/14 through Thursday 6/18. $60/night for a single king room.

Update: I received a message from Amex that my card was charged for $373! There was nothing on the site that said I was pre-paying for a room. I called the 1-800 number and got some Hadji in a call center in Bangalore who told me they are a prepaid reservation site. I told them I don't care for the way they do business and to cancel the damn thing, even if I have to pay a $15 non-refundable booking fee.

Note that I was not dealing directly with the hotel. I thought I was on their website, but it turned out to be expedia.com. Deceptive business practices. BEWARE!

Wait, there's more: I took B...Br...Brad's advice <choke> and used bookings.com. Room was the same rate and they only charge me for one night today and it's fully refundable up to 7 days in advance of my stay. The difference is I knew what I was signing up for and didn't feel duped and I don't have $400 tied up for 8 months. Same deal, arrive on the 14th, check out on the 19th.
