Badlands added Pics for those who weren't there

I'm starting to sort through my photos, and thought I'd post some pictures from just one of the many rides, to give those who weren't there an idea of what the rides were like.

To really get on idea of what 35 Nomads all going down the road together was like, you'd have to be there; but this will give you some idea.

I'll post more pics and videos later after I work my way through them. And if any of the pics are of you, and you'd like a full size copy, I can send it to you. The ones from photo bucket are sized down, but you can snatch them too.

Here are some more. This group of photos is the group that met up in Denver and rode to Custer.

It turns out that this picture is of us passing a couple of bikes and one was pulling a monster of a trailer. It was a topic of conversation at a gas stop, "did you see how huge that trailer was on that bike we passed?"

It turns out it was "Nightmare"? or Victor. He was a turbo charged Nomad making 200 hp and was pulling an 800lb trailer. This is our group going around him on a hill.

This is from the ride to Mt Rushmore with a smaller group, then a ride back through both directions on my own.

This one is from an area that had cones blocking it off. I could see that on the other side of the cones would be a great picture opportunity, so while the others went to the main part, I went back and got the photo I was after.

The tunnels there are kind of fun.

These buffalo blocked my path for about 5 minutes. Before the were done, the whole heard was on the pavement headed towards me. I too the pic and then did a U-turn and retreated.

Cactus, this is the lake we passed in the dark and couldn't see.

That is Cycle Cat's bike. Her and her husband made all that stuff. They used to have a web site and sold items but I don't think they are doing it anymore.
