Heat Kit

My friend has a 2011 Voyager and tried to get a heat kit put on like the 2012 at the dealer where he bought it. He was told that it can't be done.Does anyone know if this is correct or has any different info on the subject? Thank you , Little Jack

The dealer is FOS! There is a kit Part # 99994-0370, list price $399.95.
