Yes they are going on the Nomad. It is so simple to do as it will use the factory mounts and not the mounts supplied. The only crafting to mount these bags will be the little feet that plug into the grommets on the bag bottom. I am looking for something to use for those and believe the rubber door bumpers that would be used for doors would be perfect probably just have to shave them down a bit to fit tightly. But have time and will keep looking for the best option.

Very nice bags and hardware I believe I think I will love them on the bike for a different look.

The OEM bags got damaged in the crash I presume?

I can't believe you didn't cut yourself with that knife or scratch the bags the way you were holding it while ripping the wrapping off

probably have done it yourself and so have I yep that is a fact I am clumsy olf.

Went out to bike and just did a sit it on the bag mounts test fit. By what I can see is perfect and as I thought the bikes mounts will work even the front one on crash bar will with a little work to it. It is a perfect fit will mount so easy to bag frames as I suspected. Just have to find some nice chrome spacers to just set them out a bit from the bag rails.

Are you going to extend the crash bars so they stick out farther than the bags or just live dangerously? I am eager to see them on the bike as well, since I am not happy with the seal on my bags doors.

Will leave the crash bars alone although they will be one of the mounting points as above for the new bags. Not that dangerous if I ever go down again well the bags go again and the crash bars will do their job as always.
