Just like to introduce myself from BC
Just purchased a new in the crate 2009 Nomad 1700 in Diablo Black. Still in the crate at the dealership and will be picked up in mid May.
The usual, rode when I was young, met girl, got married, had children, riding on back burner until 2005. Bought an A19 KLR650 love the old mule, takes me everywhere I wish to go flyfishing and more. Time for a lazy boy on two wheels. Will be for cruising when no need to go off road and I have to travel for work now. This is going to be the transportation to go to work in the summer months. Have the best shift for work, 28 days on/28 days off. Have my most of my retirement toys now.

Welcome aboard from Ohio Captain! Spring is on the way, and sounds like you'll have plenty of oppoertunites to ride when it gets here. I don't expect to miss 28 days of work until after I die:(

Thanks for the warm welcome.
I'm from Rince Rupert, (Prince Rupert). My daughter lives in Nanaimo on the island and that is were I work. Usually on the west coast though. Tofino, Port Alberni and Gold River areas. |
