Oh, I bet he saw them. And that was the problem, corner a little sharper than he thought, started drifting to the outside, saw the guys on the bicycles and fixated on them. You are going to go where you are looking, and he did! Just a touch more countersteer and it could have been avoided. Advanced riding course, anyone?

Precisely, he fixated on them instead of where he needed to go going through the corner.

That's in my backyard. The video guy and photographer are always there on weekends. Both of them are there for the business of selling vids and or pics. Here is a pic of me on my bike that was taken in the same turn (crash was to the left). People always go too fast on the corner and maybe speed for the cameras? Mulholland is a very traveled road right up the road from the infamous http://www.rock-store.com/
There are some great pics on the photographers site here> http://shop.rockstorephotos.com/
or the video guy on facebook> http://www.youtube.com/user/rnickeymouse

rnickeymouse is a favorite of mine on Youtube. He shoots some great videos.

I have to admit, when the first bicycle rider ended up knocking the rider off the motorcycle, I laughed pretty hard.

I guess a photo op is worth hurting somebody..... Really. When I first saw this it made me mad. It shows someone on a motorcycle is just as stupid as someone in a car when it comes to cyclist. You wouldn't think this is funny if you have had as many close calls as I have on a bicycle.

No, it wasn't funny that anyone was hurt. It was funny how the guy on the bike took the rider off the motorcycle. Don't take it personally.

Sorry CJ sometimes my emotions get the best of me. I love riding bicycles and motorcycles I don't like crashes..... Seen to many bicycle ones. Spandex and pavement don't go together.

It looked like those little sweat pants bunched up, I don't care for the look. Therefore I try not to stare for too long. No I would never do that.

The MC rider looked like he had plenty of room to lean the bike over and miss those gang members of the non motorized wheels.

I was going on a Kawasaki demo and had selected the Ninja 650 for the ride. One of the 'K' people came over to me and said, "when you think you have leaned over far enough, you will probably have another 6" to lean".
I thought for a second, does my grey hair make him think I won't be leaning?
Well I know better then to listen to someone else's advice about leaning even more, I know where I'm comfortable. And that little bike is AWESOME!!

Is it me or am I the only motorist that when driving on a very winding mounting road and see people on bicycles think, "you crazy #@*$%'s " Motorcycles are already a dangerous sport but I won't ride a bicycle 5 MPH on a twisty road meant for much faster speeds!
