Brake, running and turn sigal lights

I'm trying to find the kit that lets you change the rear turn signal lights into running and brake lights. The Kury kit wont be available until this summer. Anybody know of another one?

Priority Lights Module
I finally gave in and bought this the other day. This module turns your existing turn signals into running lights. Why all motorcycles don't come standard with this feature, we'll never know. But a module does exist to fix this.

Plus it rewires the turn signals to act as brake lights when you hit the brakes. Yes, the turn signals still work on top of this feature. About $40 buys this module and really helps to light up the rear of the bike while braking.

There's more than one version of this module and they pretty much all work the same. You can buy one that doesn't have the brake light feature for example The intent here is to be more visible from the rear. Some of the best mods, are the ones you can't see.

Epilogue: Well, I removed this altogether. Kept melting the aftermarket turn signals.

Cost: $40
Source: Chaparral - 800-841-2960

Read the epilogue. He took it off. Lucky you don't have any meltdown problems Ringadingh

Ive never had a problem with my Priority Lite control at all,and its been installed since 2002. I dont see how it would melt the turn signal as it makes the running lights work on 1/2 voltage and brakes and signals on full voltage. I wouldn't think this could cause things to melt if they are wired correctly.

That's pretty cool too Vin. I've been considering improving my rear lighting for awhile.

Brake, running and turn sigal lights

I stole the front lights off my Classic and made them running lights and turn signals on the rear of the Nomad. I have the regular brake light and another brake/running light on the license plate holder. In all, I have four running lights and two brake lights. All my rear lights are in red and I painted the lenses transparent black.

I have this one to and really like it. Does a better job at night than during the day, but still really like it.

I've have the Kuryakyn Run- Turn- Brake controller on my bike for almost 3 years now. Works great, and I have the FLHTCU tour pak lights wired into it also. Really looks good.

I have this one, installed it back in 2002 no problems

SOUND OFF SAFETY PRIORITY PLUS
Turns stock rear turn signals into running lights and flashing stop lights
Apply brake; running lights flash 1-2 seconds, then full brightness
No interference with brake light operation

I have this brake light modulator from Kisan Technologies http://www.kisantech.com/index.php?cat_id=3

Just pull out the old brake light and replace it with this unit. It flashes 5 or 6 times in decreasing increments when the brakes are applied and then remains on until the brakes are released. The bulb is bright and replaceable.

Are you talking about the plug n play one they have already for the Hondas and Yamahas? I was hoping they'd make one for the Kawasakis... where did you hear about that?

Electrical Connection is where I ordered mine from, but was told they are out of stock until next week. Kuryakan will have one out later this year. There are other options. See previous replies to this thread.
