Great, thanks! Did you have to do anything with the monroe suspension to mount it on the bike?

I saw on the webpage that they sell one unmodified for 299 and one wellded for 399. Maybe i weld mine but i think if they are strong enough to support a car...
Afraid to dammage the shooks from the heat of wellding so the start to leak, but absolutely worth having a eye on.

Orded a remote today to raise and lowering it :)

Tongue in cheek....... I know you're going for that slammed look but good grief, your bike must handle like a rubber cow?
yeah your missing something, its called instant adjustment, its a pain to constantly pull the seat to adjust the air pressure for 1 up, 1 up loaded, 2 up, and 2 up loaded, i have no interest in lowering its about convenience. I keep my pump in my saddle bag to adjust when i need to which is quite often, on the fly adjustability would be sweet

also the fact that they are air ride shocks has nothing to do with rebound dampening, the air is nothing more than for load bearing, i have found the stock Vaq shocks to quite exceptional versus any other bike i have ridden, i ride it hard and fast on new england roads 2 up and loaded and they perform awesome, as for short service life, my 06 nomad had 100k on em, not 1 stitch of service needed and i ran em at 60psi ta boot

Nice looking shocks, not sure about the compressor and $1500?? wow that's pricey. The kit I got from Xotic Customs with everything including remote control was only $800.

Thanks for posting and the info. I kept my stock air shocks with the lowering link kit from Luverne Kawi. But if I ever decide to do something else, it will be this. Nice information.

I just wondering about the kickstand, i have changed mine for the little longer kawa stand (that i read about in this forum). Is there any risk for the bike to tip over when suspension is in the lowest setting? Should i change back to the original one?

Kickstand

IMO
The longer kickstand is not needed if you lower the rear.
If you didn't it would stand up strait and likely tip over even at a full lock left
