It's really not tough. More intimidating than anything.
-Regarding these lights, I'm working on a plan-B. These look great from directly behind, but get lost quickly from almost any angle. I like the cool look, but need to improve my safety. Plan-B is already in the works. I'll post more pics when done!

Since the very beginning I've been messing with my machine. But this weekend things have come together quite nicely. (that doesn't mean "Finished" )

If you decide to do the same or similar, making a lic plate bracket was amazingly easy!

My new hand fashioned bracket:

Side-emitting LED strips for turn signals. Will eventually be paired with a run/turn/brake module:
What mufflers are those? Look like a set of d&d's I had on my Interceptor a few years back.

You're gonna like those mirrors - I have an early Kury version of those . . . cleaner and gives a better rear view than the stocks . . .Plus the lights are great!

hmmm, some signal mirrors and then ditch the front signals ugly bar. I wonder if there is any law / spec that the signals have to be at a certain height. I would actually think could be better visibility to other drivers having the signals farther away from the headlight

Not sure about your state law, but up here it only specifies they have to be minimum distance from the headlight, nothing about a max distance, I am guessing that is to stop the headlight from overpowering the turn signal light and making it invisible.

will have to investigate. I was more concerned that maybe there may be a height spec that the mirror would exceed

Thats looks great man, those lights you have in the vents, did those just plug into were the driving lights would?

I was thinking of painting all my parts black as well, already have my heat shields powder coated, maybe someday I can afford to put some nice pipes on it lol. Right now I am trying to find a blueprint or something for a diy trunk mount for the wife, thats the first must do.

Are you planning on doing the latches on the bags as well?
