Here is the hotel info. When making your reservation tell them you are with the VBA bike group , also give an email address, the manager will check your reservation personally and send a confirmation to you. She wants to make sure everything is just right for us.

The rates are:
$45.99 + tax. Queen bed
$49.99 + tax. King or 2 doubles

Hey, Scott, it looks like we're coming from different sides of the city, but our paths cross in Lufkin, and from there it's the same route for both of us. Kelli and I are leaving sometime Thurs. morning, probably somewhat early. If you are interrested, we could meet up and ride most of it together. Bill, what time are ya'll leaving and are you taking 30 up. We could possibly meet at Texarkana. Think it over, check out the map and lets talk about it.
Any one else coming up from around the Houston area, or north of there, chime in!

Paul, we usually load bike and gear on a trailer. Wife has too much stuff and we don't ride in rain. I assume we will trailer up I-30 on Thursday morning.

Well, so far, it looks like I'll be able to make it. I won't know for sure until closer to the CV rally. I'd love to hook up with you guys but if I come, I'm leaving Friday. So, I guess I'll see ya'll there.
