Gonezilla project

Updated pics of my project I call Gonezilla. It started out as a 450 Honda and now has a transplanted 1000cc ninja motor. Polaris front suspension.

Bdog, You've got some talent. Between the die cast models, the machined parts on your bike and the Gonezilla project. Keep up the good work and keep us posted.

Nice work John!!! I have a 420 Honda ranger when you're done with that ATV.

I too would love to learn and pick your brain.

Rear brake assembly finished. I had to rebuild the caliper as it was seized, after doing that I did some paint and polish to it. The rear drive hub is kept in place with a large spring steel clip. I decided to beef it up for safe measures so I machined up a race and welded it to a circular plate that is secured with the sprocket. I'm still waiting for the shocks to come back from rebuild and swingarm brgs.. The extra holes in the sprocket hub are for draining any water that gets captured. The brgs. are sealed units.
