I guess I missed all this and maybe some of you did too. Ollie North wrote this article in response to an internal report the Department of Homeland Security sent to law enforcement agencies and warning of potential unrest among right wing extremist groups. The report generated a lot of controversy because it identified potential trouble groups as including veterans, pro-life Christians and third party supporters.

Hmmmmm. I've got this real nice rifle I built for NRA silhouette competition. We shot out to 500 meters. On sand bags this rifle would shoot less than a 2 inch group at 500 meters. Might get to use it for a different kind of game maybe?

Long range stuff is nice, the link was really nice stuff. I fear I have nothing for any distances like 500 meters, and can't see in the wiids much over 50 yards, and at time 50 feet is pushin things.

If I go to the city and see guys like that guy , I am gonna turn around and go home.

That kind of a guy no matter what he's got, is bait in my woods, even if I use my .40 flinter. neva knowed what hit him once!

The best I can do for long range is a Interarms bolt action in .308 Win, in a walnut Fagen Stock, real simple, and simple wood, just right for a lefty. It is topped with a Simmons illuminated scope that varries from 2x to 10x.. it is sited to 150 yards dead nuts.. Got no iron sights so it's dead meat if the scope if gone.

I mounted Leupold mounts, and they are bomb proof.

The problem with a gun like mine is if I miss it's my bloomin' fault.. with in it range capability.

If I had one of them Ak things which are junk, but they work I woiuld consider it to be a pistol.

Fit and finish on them sucks.

I have another odd bolt gun a mauser model 93, but stranger than get out as it shoots really odd ammo in 6.5x54 MS. It looks like a manlicher how ever you spell it, but it isn't. It just shoots MS fodder.

In it's day is was a light game rifle fit for deer sized African Game.

No scope on that one, and real pretty wood, full stock and craved steel at the but plate and that schanelabell muzzel cap way at the front.

It was a hand me down from my dad.. I have been called a lair just trying to get it IDed.. Just in 04 I found a guy who knows what it is and he reloads for the cops, and so made up 60 rounds for me to test and hunt with. odd looking long round nose slugs too. It won't shoot a modern round for beans.

We tried some 6.5 boat tails with sharp points and in 25 yards they tumble.

Careful, your right wing extremist might be a paid informant .. Hal Turner incites radical action and the FBI pays him to inform on those that act on his rants. And surprise surprise ... it's been going before Obama came along.

Radio host denies threatening federal judges

An Internet radio host pleaded not guilty today to threatening to kill three federal appellate judges in Chicago and then sought his release from custody, saying he has been an informant for the FBI.

Hal Turner, who was arrested last month at his home in New Jersey, shook his head after being handed a copy of the indictment.

Turner is charged with calling for appellate judges Frank Easterbrook, William Bauer and Richard Posner to be killed after they affirmed a lower court decision June 2 to dismiss challenges to Chicago's handgun ban.

Turner allegedly used his web site to put out the message that all three were "cunning, ruthless, untrustworthy, disloyal, unpatriotic, deceitful scum."

"Let me be the first to say this plainly: These judges deserve to be killed," he allegedly said.

A federal judge from Louisiana will be brought in to preside over the case.

U.S. Magistrate Judge Martin Ashman gave Turner 10 days to subpoena an FBI agent who Turner contends acted as his handler as he supplied the government with information. Turner's lawyer, Michael Orozco, said Turner prevented military equipment from being sold on the Internet and even tipped off the U.S. Marshal Service to a threat against President Barack Obama.

"So you're saying he's an American hero," Ashman said somewhat sarcastically.

As for the charges, Orozco said Turner was only giving his opinion on the judges' ruling and that he has a Constitutional right to free speech.

Assistant U.S. Atty. William Hogan said a magistrate judge in New Jersey had already ordered Turner detained before he was sent to Chicago, finding that he was a threat to the community. He has continued to air threatening radio messages on the Internet since his arrest, including a call placed from custody in New Jersey, Hogan said.

Hogan said Turner may have had some contact with the FBI as an informant but that it was quite some time ago. He said he had no idea about any action Turner supposedly took to thwart an attack on the president.

The earlier DHS report was "Rightwing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment." WND has posted the report online for readers to see.

The report linked returning veterans with the possibility of terrorism, and when it was released it created such a furor for Napolitano she has given several explanations for it, including that she would have reworded the report and that it was issued by a rogue employee.

She later apologized to veterans for having linked them to terror.

But Thompson noted that the report also targeted as "potential terrorists" Americans who:

Oppose same-sex marriage


Oppose restrictions on firearms


Oppose lax immigration laws


Oppose the policies of President Obama regarding immigration, citizenship, and the expansion of social programs


Oppose continuation of free trade agreements


Are suspect of foreign regimes

Oppose a "one world" government


Bemoan the decline of U.S. stature in the world


Are upset with loss of U.S. manufacturing jobs to China and India, and more
Thompson told WND no apology has been offered to the members of any of those classes of citizens.

Well about now there is less of everybody who voted for the Joker in the first place, and so it would be easier to put them in the big house than all the rest of us..

I don't care much about NG as my son is one, and he knows what the CONS is and he has had training in illegal orders, they all have.

Now i can't say the same about jack booted thugs in the night, but if they want they can all come play with me. I might die, but since I am a repub i am gonna die one day anyway.
