New to forum from central Illinois

Wanted to say Hi to all fellow Vulcan riders!

I got back into riding last winter by buying what I've always wanted - a fuller bagger!!, after about 15 motorcycle-less years. Bought it just before Christmas, and what a present to myself it was!

My current wife actually encourages me to do the things I enjoy! What a sweetheart. She enjoys riding too, what a change from the first one

I wouldn't trade my 2011 Voayager for anything at this point. 9,000 miles so far in the first 6 months and couldn't be more pleased. Yeah, it can be hot at times, but I am wrapping the pipes as soon as the material arrives, and after spending $1500 more on a motorcycle I thought I'd never need to change, I am getting close to having exactly what I want.... until the next item is added.... let's see... PCV next? Cobra ovals?..

already have the ipod, full helmet communication, highway pegs, rider backrest, cup holder, Racinray's throttle mod, K&N air filter, GPS power adapter..

glwilson, I'm in Mattoon. I have a good friend from Morton and several others in the Bloomington area I ride with when able to. Anything south of I-80 I've heard is 'southern' Illinois. Guess that could apply to all of us. :-)
