New owner of a 2008 Nomad

Greetings! Just purchased my first Nomad after riding an 800 Vulcan Classic for a few years. I purchased a 2008 Vulcan Nomad with less than 6,000 miles. It is Diablo Black. The bike was obviously not ridden very much. It is clean bike that has been parked inside and was a one owner bike. Also came with Vance & Hines exhaust. I'm getting new tires put on ASAP. I'm a little concerned about having a 10 year old bike with only 6,000 miles on it. What should I be concerned about if anything?
