Many of us have gotten together at least once and often couple times each year. I always look forward to the ride and to seeing friends. I have a 2 Queen room reserved for Sun thru Thurs but for the time being it's just me. If I win the loto tween now and then I will bring some young hottie with me. Else will start next spring looking for roomy. So many folks commit then something happens and they have to drop out that no point in doing the roomy thing till May'ish time frame.
Route I will follow will make it about 2500 miles to get there so will probably do some other exploring out that way before or after case anyone has more that a week to commit.

Looks like there are 2 but they are 4 miles out of town. Perry's and KOA. One is south and the other is north of town.

I am in for sure. In the event that the motel gets booked up I could possibly make room for some guests I am 13 miles before red lodge on Hwy 212 and could put someone up in my camper

These dates were chosen to accommodate the people that put it together, everyone else was simply invited to come along.

If people want to add dates they're more than welcome to add them to their personal itinerary. If you read through the thread you will see Thursday was chosen as check out because we were trying to avoid the incoming Sturgis traffic.

The challenge with getting input on dates and location is if you ask 12 different people you will get at least 6 different answers so somebody needs to jump up and make a decision and that is what we did.

So who are the 2 in the not cool enough crowd? All I can say to that is Waaaa,,, Waaaaa,,,

Along with those dates, it give us the weekend to ride to the location without having to use more vacation dates. I'm planning on getting there Sunday and leaving Friday morning. May hit another location for Friday and Saturday night since it is only a short 2 day ride for us.
