I don't know this person but saw it yesterday

I am in Ottawa and they could ship to me and I ship from NY once the pandemic is over as I believe shipping would be cheaper paying twice than them shipping directly to you. If you do ship direct make sure to use only Canada Post or you will get hammered brokerage fees.
