Air filter

At the moment i have a backing plate that get's pretty much blocked off by the K&N filter,which is strangling the engine nearly as much as the original set up.I have another with a slightly bigger hole,what model bike it's from i dont know, but i need the rubber throat to connect it to the carb,anyone know what the part no is for the bit i need. Has anyone come up with a backing plate and connector that does not restrict the airflow at all when the K&N is fitted ?
