Gutting the Goat Bladder..

Hey all.
After BlownDodge has wowed us with the silencer removal, I heard a few talk about the Goat Bladder. I have done the mod and this is my opinion.
1. The Gadget article is the instructions I used. Remove entire exhaust. Cut 'bladder' in marked area and remove honeycomb insert. Send to weld shop or reweld yourself if you have a welder.
Now that is the 5 minute version. It took me a couple of hours to take apart and and mod. I had it welded the next day. ( Hey, Im not in a rush!)
Sound? Hmmm. Not too much different. I see much more change from BlownDodge's mod.
Look at the Gadget page and look to see if you really want to do it.
Knowing what I know now, I might not. I would have liked to make a set of pipes to eliminate the bladder just for flow and looks but keeping a crossover.
If I had a extra Nomad, I would make it a project and build a set of jigs to tool them up. If I just had a bunch of money.....
