The young man who killed 4 MC riders back in Aug has been arrested. Evidence shows he was a 4 X DUI and also under the influence of marijuana.

Even though he did the right thing by turning himself in, there isn't a hole deep enough to throw this guy in, as far as I'm concerned.

Here in Georgia all they would do is slap his hands and call him a naughty boy, and say "don't do that again", then let him back on the street again! :'(

I remember watching the press conference he did after the accident. Didn't show one sign of remorse. Lock him up and give him a biker boyfriend named Bubba.

He should be happy he doesn't live here. He would get at least 20 years if he was sober. DWI+vehicular homicide would net 30-50 years of hard labor at Angola. I served on the jury for a guy we convicted of attempted 2nd degree murder. Shot his girl friend 3 times with a .25 caliber pistol. She lived with no permanent injuries being shot in the shoulder, arm, and leg. He was sentenced to the maximum allowed in the guidelines of 50 yrs at hard labor with no chance of parole. One of our former governors is still in prison after 7 years for accepting bribes. These Cajun judges aren't bashful when handing down sentences.

All states should dole out more severe punishment. That is the only way to lessen crime. Sad to say it has gone the other way and less punishment is being given. This only encourages criminals and others to do more crime. And this guy committed a crime by being that drunk and taking four innocent lives.

Yeah, I wouldn't mind seeing a couple of them being promoted to the US Supreme Court.
