check your ground, I melted one on a honda, and found a loose ground wire. replaced the relay, tightened the wire, problem was solved.

Had one on my '03 do that. A light film of corrosion, even if you can't see it without scraping the metal, will cause that. Cleaned the connections good and replaced the relay over a year ago. Still good.

Just the one terminal. Caused by a loose or corroded connection. If it was a high amp draw the whole thing would be burnt/melted.
Make sure the wire that was hooked to that terminal is good before you reconnect to new relay.
