My best mod to date by far on my Nomad is the tank-top Harley ignition switch....... I love it each and every time I use it! :)

At the risk of appearing ignorant, what is the difference between that switch and the stock switch?

There's a mod I would love to see here in Texas....and that's sunshine.

I know I shouldn't biatch (especially since you California guys are in a drought)...but it's been raining here almost everyday since the first of June. Every pic I see that Nico posts has sunshine! Can you guys pipe some of that stuff over here? Isn't August supposed to be hot and dry with plenty of sunshine?

Oh...nice mod Nico.

Seriously considering an auxillary "Tour Tank" to deal with the 4.2 gal. tank on my '99 Nomad...... if any long trip is in my future with the NAD Pack!!!

http://www.coyote-gear.com/menu.html

6" diameter X 10" 1 gal up to a 10" X 14" 4.50 gal tank!!

Talk about range!!!!!

It's been mid 80's here.. a little on the humid side though.... we are spoiled... will send some right over!

BraD,
The front bar chaps are sweet.... but I put my spotlights there and I am real happy with those.....

Starting from the Top:
Willy Max storage bag for the back rack, tank bib with pocket, BreakAway Cruise Control, Phat II risers, front shield bag, tool bag, front fender trim, top side bag rails, lower side bag rails, Airlite Chaps, chrome license plate holder. CWI spot light with the new changed lens. Future considerations will be a hitch, and trailer single wheeled. But I'll need to come out from retirement for that large purchase..... :) I'm not changing the power plant by adding to it or taking away. I'll be keeping the motor etc stock.

Cheers

Oh yeah, put more air in the tires. They tend to be a little low. The bike handles a lot better with 42/40, front rear. :)
