Hey, Nico, if you go to the main VROC site (www.vroc.org), click on Where Are They under Members on the left hand side, and click on the Proximity tab, then select the S-T tab, and San Diego on the drop-down menu, it shows 102 members in a 30 mile radius.

You can also go to Club Roster, selct Motorcycle Owner, then whichever Nomad model you want to search for, and browse the results; for the 1500 Nomad it shows 2700+/55 pages worth across the U.S., so you'd be busy for a while looking for any in your area!

Eh-hum... getting back to the original question... Here's an answer:

Yes, I am a Vulcan Nomad owner, and Yes, I live in SoCal. I live in the City of Camarillo in Ventura County, approx. 3-4 hrs north of San Diego. I am also familiar with San Diego as I attended SDSU in the late 80's for 2 years until my beer money ran out! I'm also familiar with points in between (ie, The O.C.) since I worked on a 2-yr project in Costa Mesa in the mid-late 90's.

Anyone else???

Cheers,
Daryl

Nico, I'm not in So Cal, but I grew up there. El Cajon then East SD. Spent teen years surfing PB, OB, Sunset cliffs. Joined the crotch there in '63. Beautiful memories are made of these!

Living up north now. You know, where your water comes from?
