Good links Nico.

One thing I'd add to the first link of yours Nico is probably a duh thing, but watch for wet leaves in the fall.

At our last house we lived in a neighborhood with huge 60-70 year old trees lining both sides. In the fall leaves covered nearly the whole road, then got ground into small pieces that stayed for another long while.

When it rained, they were unavoidable, and they were super slick.

Watch for them in the fall too.

Here's a picture when the leaves just started, once the green ones were down on the road it was nearly covered.

It's supposed to be nice here all weekend. High 30s tomorrow and mid 40s Sunday. And....maybe even 50ish by Monday. Maybe the streets will finally be snow free and dry.
