Again, thanks Joel. I would like to make it out there this time and that date would likely work best for me also. I'll keep my eye on Greg's progress on solidifying the deal and making it official.

They are working up the details. I told him if we had the info by July 7th that would be ok. They are a small Mom and Pop operation and appreciate the extra time during a busy season.

He said July 31-Aug 4 works for them. I would expect us to be able to fill up the whole place...21 rooms & 4 cabins. I would think this would be a popular event for members that span several regions including Canada.

I will let everybody know the details when I get them.

The Alpine Lodge sent me most of the details but I have gone back to them to clarify a couple of things. I should get the answers tomorrow and will post a separate thread tomorrow night or Friday morning.

The thread will be titled;
