Only if I forget to switch back to low-beam lol

I compared my one headlight vs my father's lightbar (with all 3 lights on)and my beam pattern was clearer, crisper and slightly wider. And oh boy does it ever light up road signs well.

Bingo, my radio has that interference in it, a weird buzz if you will, I hadn't made that connection. Now I can turn it off when going slow and not even worry about it.

Yea, Denny, its like a light buzz, sounds like the little cooling motor on the base of that led light causing it. Not bad, but noticable. Like a mosquito in the ear thing....but real light.

LED headlight

I have a lot of interference. The radio only. I have and I player so I mainly use my phone or a usb stick with music. No noise from either of them. I also have led spotlights. Between the three of them the light is awesome. I just live with the buzzing. I rarely ever use the radio anyway. I have a feeling it might have something to do with the amplified antenna too.

I'm also running an LED headlight, on my Nomad. One I picked up off eBay (sorry, I couldn't find the link to it). I ran it all this last season. Didn't have any problems with the mounting, but could use the stock water seal on the back of the reflector. The inline power pack fit nicely in the headlight bucket. It really lights up the road, with plenty of width. There is a definite high/low line. I haven't change the headlight aiming from stock, and don't seem to be blinding oncoming traffic. I've also added a pair of 18w LED floods. Oh my, do they ever brighten thing’s up! THOSE, I have to be real careful with not to blind people with them. It sure makes night riding safer...

Truck light phase 7 LED installed 2 seasons ago. Bright at night. Not good at all in the day.

From XenonDepot:

If your vehicle utilizes a headlamp modulator, you will need to ensure you have the option “With Canbus” selected when adding your kit to your shopping cart. This will include a PWM module that allows proper function of the kit with the modulator.

Probably the little cooling motor at the base of the bulb....
I have LED floods too, besides the main leadlamp. They, the flood lights, don't cause any buzzing, and they're powered from the 6 space aux. fuse box thats within a few inches of the radio inside my fairing. I get no noise from them. BUT, I only use my stereo when going slow, not turned up, or I listen for weather reports as I travel.

I wanted to change the color of my light within my speedo, since they are LED, and built into the speedos interior framework, I went to O'Reillys and bought several of the colored silicon bulb covers. You can get those in any color. I chose blue, cut 2 really small pieces just large enough to cover the LEDs in the speedo. I then stuck them on with just a dab of clear silicon. Now, I have a blue speedo lamp....
I am so glad I read this. I was looking to change the color of my speedo as well.

I don't know what can bus means as far as an led headlight modulator. I thought that was something to do with marijuana.
I'm using the same little round Kisan modulator that I used with my H4 bulb.
It works great. Tell me how the one you describe would be any different.

You have to seperate the speedo units main electronics from your housing top. You'll see a bunch of small screws. Just look in your repair book, it'll be there.
After seperation, flip the top of the housing over, you'll see 2 clear plastic ears coming down from a clear plastic cover in the top housing on each side. It looks like it came to a long point, and just had the tips of the points cut off. Thats how the leds illuminate it so evenly.
Now look at your bottom piece, you'll see 2 really small leds off to each side of the circuit housing that line up to those ears. They don't touch but they come close! Those are where you want to put your colored pieces. The thicker rubber pieces cut down on the intensity some. Use a touch of silicon in a toothpick, place the piece on top of the led with a pr. of needle tip tweezers. Just put a touch on the side of the led, just enough to hold it. Thats why I only use a toothpick to apply the silicon. Its a sealed unit, after the top and bottom are screwed together, its not going anywhere.
If they are too dim for your liking, you can use colored plastic, whatever, they don't get hot.
To try it out, just assemble with a couple of screws, plug it back up, and turn on the key. Turn your garage light out....adjust to your taste!
I've got some light purple plastic, really thin, I'm gonna try that next. I did red for awhile. Orange looks kinda creepy. Now, I did like the bright yellow though....The Red looked like a old Subaru I used to have. Candy wrapper plastic....lots of diff. colors....

It's only if he wants to order the LED H4 from xenondepot.
They say that in order to function properly they recommend the PWM module as an accompaniment to the modulator.
