Gains vs. price of aftermarket air intake?
I have a Thunder Mfg. "Tornado" intake left over from my Suzuki Blvd C50T. All I would need is the proper adapter for the Nomad and can reuse the rest.
My question is this: Is it worth it? Would I see that much more gain from the Thunder kit vs. the stock intake unit? I have the PCIII and V&H duallie pipes already installed. And there is a local shop that is PCIII dyno certified to custom map it. Just wondering if it's worth it ($100 adapter + $250 custom map)??? Opinions, real life experiences, ????
