Traveling through your part of the country

I'll be traveling through your part of the country pretty soon. I'm looking for a good place to camp near Charleston, SC. Any recommendations?

BTW. I will be traveling through the states UT, CO, AZ, NM, TX, MI, LA, AL, FL, GA, SC, NC, TN, KY, IL, MO, KS.

Looks like a great trip! There's a lot of us that would like to meet up with you during your cross country trip. Keep us informed.
I live 1.5 hours from the Dragon. If you need a place to stay, cold one in the fridge, garage to do some maintenance, etc.....let me know.

Jim- I was born and raised in Titusville (I don't say that too loudly) and my parents still live their. I will be staying there for 6 day, so we could most definitely meet up.

Hey Utah, Here are a few campgrounds local to E.Tenn. I started this thread twice so there are two floating around. Sorry about any confusion.


I will be leaving Utah Sunday morning. The "plan", and I use that term loosely, is to spend the first night at Mesa Verde, second in Roswell, third in Dallas area, forth in New Orleans, fifth in Dothan and the sixth in Titusville. I will be in Titusville for 6 days.

I will bring my laptop and post more info as I travel.
