Dude,
You have no idea. So the men in my family are all from the NW. Mom is from Mobile, AL. Little sister-in-law is from Louisville, KY. Big sister-in-law is from Trinidad (the one in the Carabean). And so to be brother-in-law is a frickin' Texan.

OK, I voted. Can't find the paper work so I don't know if the Retraining Order is lifted in Jackson. A coin toss on the other two. Opted for the MT experiance. I left my razor at the motel there in '97...... might get a chance to see if they have it in the lost and found locker.
The VROC Ralley in Yakima is a MUST DO event........ need to examine dates closely to make sure I'm not in two places at the same time.

It appears we have a tight race here and I'm not sure how many more votes we are going to get. We have....

3 votes for Orofino
(was just there on my bike....nice little town with a sweet Best Western hotel right on the Clearwater River!)

4 votes for Kalispell

5 votes for Jackson, but if you have followed the thread you know that one of those is a rogue vote....so really it is 4 votes.

Hhhhmmm....what to do, what to do.... :-/.

These are all great spots and I think any of them would be awesome, but given the close vote and the fact that no single location took a decisive lead, it looks like I need to make an executive decision on this.

That said, I am going to send Trip the following:

2010 Northwest Regional Rally
Kalispell, Montana Aug. 3-5, 2010

This will be a great experience and having chosen a location, with schoeney's help we can begin the process of choosing a base hotel and planning some group rides.

If you voted for one of the other towns....thank you for doing so and I hope you aren't too disappointed. If you are, I think you will get over it the second you start riding up the Going To The Sun Road....
