It's not been enough. Not nearly so.

GL... reading your post, wanted to respond but didn't know where to start but looking at your sig line: "You do not have a right to anything other people have to pay to provide for you."

Have to ask: does this include the roads we ride on, the education you were provided or the Police / fire protection we all take for granted? How about the military... the national parks we all ride in, the fact you can go to the grocery store and feel confident what you buy isn't contaminated? Just askin'
What the hell does my statement have to do with anything you said/or asked?

Geez Page... you cannot try to twist it (a very liberal thing to do)... it is fairly self-explanatory. You know damn-well what I am talking about. If you don't then you need to reshape your thoughts. But nice try anyway.

And by the way... no one has any "rights" to the highways, parks, or some of the other you mention. Most are "privileges"... not rights -- a big difference.

And besides, the ticket for entry to use of roads, parks, fire and police protection and etc, is to pay your required taxes as prescribed by law. Since I do pay taxes... I do get to use the roads and etc.

Oh... one last thing... "Where were the roads prior to the first government built roads?"

Roads back then were merely paths grooved into the landscape by those who traveled them.

Given that fact, it is amazing any businesses, inventions, entrepreneurship ever existed to build this country.

You can keep your belief that the government is a great manager of our money; but by no means will I ever understand how anyone can possibly campaign for more government, and its inefficient and corrupt programs it brings to the people.
