Any other headlights fit a 2005 Nomad?

Hi all. I've searched the forum and can't find any info and am wondering if anyone has fit other Vulcan headlights on their Nomad 1600. From what I can tell, 05-08 Nomads and 03-08 Classic 1600's use the same headlight. I've found a 2004 Classic 1500 headlight that looks like it would fit. The housing is a little more round on the back but it looks like it will mount up to the 3 hole bracket ok. Has anyone ever used different headlights or this set up?
