Exhaust Gaskets MIA?

Pulled my oem exhaust today so I can install the cobra true duals. I was expecting to find crush gaskets between the pipes and the engine, but didn't. If they are there, they are so smashed I can't even see them. I bought some news before I started the job, but if I put them on the pipes don't seem to fit. Does the 07 Nomad simply not have crush gaskets on the exhaust?

Exhaust Gaskets MIA?

I had to look really hard to find the gasket in my exhaust port it was almost invisible in there, I poked around and finally pulled it out.

Exhaust Gaskets MIA?

I reused my exhaust gaskets when I put on my V&H and they looked new when I changed the pipes. Working fine!!

Exhaust Gaskets MIA?

I poked around the exhaust port with an ice pick and found the crush gasket on the rear cylinder, but still nothing on the front cylinder. Very weird, do you think it possible the factory left the front one off?
