Nice, the bars remind of the old WW II bikes with a sidecar....

Thanks all. My eventual plan for the bike is the "Cholo" look that's real popular in California right now. Beach bars or ape hangers, 21" spoke up front, long fish tail exhaust (probably not doing that) and lots of chrome. More "elegant" than "bad boy"

The bike looks great, I love the look of wide bars, but I would have to ride one for a while before I was convinced I would like it...

I've ridden lots of different bars on tons of bikes. I like the wide bars a lot. Absolutely no fatigue on the hands. I had to sell my one and only sport bike because I was never comfortable on it. Anything longer than 20 miles and my hands were falling asleep. The wide bars just feel like my hands and arms are in a comfortable position. I'm wide in the shoulders so maybe that's why. I will admit, they take a little time getting use to especially in slow maneuvering but I'm convinced you'd love them.

I know I thought about putting them on my Suzuki 1500 (before it was totaled) but never got around to it. It wouldn't look right on the Vaquero, but maybe one day I will have a bike that it would work with.

Wide bars wouldn't look good on a Vaquero........ BUT ape hangers would
