Ride like a Pro

As a near 30 year MSF Rider Coach and seven year small track riding instructor at Road America, I tend to look at all the youtube "motorcycle training" videos with some pretty wary eyes.

Many are just crap, many are riders who think they can create youtube training info just by sticking a Gopro on their helmet. Many are mostly wrong, or simply so single focused or incomplete to actually create worse information than creating truly helpful information.

But the youtube videos by Jerry Paladino, Ride Like a Pro, are great. Jerry's book and DVD's, youtube posts are all real world riding training strategies that we all can learn from and ride better. Ride Like a Pro is worth your time, especially since most of his training relates exactly to our large Vulcan cruisers.

Unless I miss understood him, one of his first bikes that he began shooting his vids on was a Nomad. Plan to take his course asap. There is another guy, a retired NYPD motor cop who has a channel that is real good as well. Robert Simmons Paying It Forward or something like that. He has only been having a channel for a few months and in that time he has spent about $150,000 on 4 Harleys…

Might be YouTube tutorials help a bit but following riding tips and practice last more authentic as compared to theoretic work.
