Wake Up Call

Storm blew in here last night so hard that I had to close the bedroom window at 4am because of the noise. Crawled out of bed at 7 to see if it is raining because my MC club is meeting for breakfast. SNOW. Not a lot, but it is snowing on my back deck this morning. Guess the Nomad will stay parked today. Idaho

I can't stand it. Not showing up to the Blue Knights breakfast in my Bronco. The Nad is coming out of the garage. As I said, not much snow. Roads just wet. From looking across the valley I must be right at the snow line so I will leave the snow behind as I ride down the hill. Yeehaw

Wake Up Call

I should know better than to second guess Old Man Winter in Idaho. Barely spitting snow when I left. Got fuel at the bottom of the hill and was surprised to see more flakes coming down. Headed into town and lawns and parked cars are covered in snow. I'm still thinking that it is going to warm up and that this will just turn into a light rain. Ha. No such luck. Other members showed up in cages for breakfast, I'm the only fool on two wheels. Not only did this go away but it has intensified. Windshield was plastered white by the time I got home and I can't see a half mile because of the snow storm. Very interesting contrast in the back yard, green maples covered in white snow. Jingle bells, jingle bells.
I'm still thinking this will go away and I will be able to take the bike fishing tomorrow. Hey, you gotta be optimistic. Idaho

Tree limbs are sagging with the weight of snow now. Weather channel says sunshine tomorrow with a high of 64! Hard to believe.

Wake Up Call

Been in the 90's every day here with 1 day 95. I'm still waiting on our snow idaho. least I get to ride every day just about. needed a light jacket this morning as there was a nip to the air. We got a good rain storm this afternoon as UT was getting their asses whipped by KSU.

This was taken during the storm on Saturday. Not MC weather. Even by my standards.
