You could check ECU part numbers here on their microfiche.
I see no problems with the Mustang seat fitting a 2013 and a 2015. ronayers.com |

I think swapping the ecu may be a problem. In 2015 the 1700 has an oxygen sensor, which your 2013 wouldn't have had.

Don't worry about the O2 sensor, it is disconnected after the ECU is flashed
