Look for the private and/or custom shops. The "word" is out with the Name Brands, "Don't give them what they want, give them what WE sell". They might get the hint if we all go elsewhere.
 P.S. I've already dropped several $$$ @ North Valley Kawasaki in Phoenix. I'm in the market for a new wrench after finding they won't service Darksiders.
