I am working on buying a Vulcan 900, and putting a instatrike on it. Seems the Vulcan 900 is a very solid bike and should do well with a instatrike kit on it. Here is a photo of me checking it out, it is a 2010 old new stock and they have a great price on it 8500 OTD. It is the model with the Saddlebags and Windshield. Hi. Just out of curiousity, why a 900? Just for the price? You don't like the 1700s? I don't know if there are any great deals on holdovers on new Nomads/Voyagers/Vaqueros (probably not VVs) but you never know. This is a bad time to buy, great time to sell. The local dealership was selling brand new '09 Strat S's last year for 9 grand. I almost bought one. Big suckers, too.

I was wondering why you would choose a 900 as well, It seems like it may be to small, especially if you ride with a passenger.

He is thinking about putting a threewheel kit on it. I think he wants something lighter as well, thus the 900.
