This guy's screwed

If this picture isn't a fake, I think that this guy is screwed. His bike isn't leaned over at all yet, don't think that there'd be time at this point.

Real or fake? (I don't know)

Fake. If you look at the distant view, it's far more grainy then up close. Plus, there is no hand on the throttle, no view of the camera in the rear view on the right, and the speedo shows zero rpms and zero mph.

Yup, reminds me of a time that I was following a Suburban down the freeway and all of a sudden a bunch of luggage come sailing off the rack on top.

I'm amazed how well people are using photoshop these days. I've been using it for years, but I'm beginning to feel like a neophyte.

SWB is right about the pic....fake. Another point that I noticed about the pic is there is no way that the log that's about to hit the rider is going to be exactly horizontal in position after coming off a truck. The front of it or the back is going to be lower due to density changes in the wood of the log. That log has to be denser in weight in some parts causing gravity to bring it down unevenly.

Just today -- 80 mph (speed limit 75, DUI) on I-25 just north of Denver, a spare tire came flying off a pickup and went flying and bouncing along and across three lanes. Far enough away from me so as not a problem but would not have wanted to be in the middle of it.

Wow, now I'm really questioning my attention to details. I didn't see that at all, but it's so obvious when you point it out.

If I were faking the picture, I would certainly have pasted in a picture of my forearms on the bars and in the mirror.
