Question Mirror, mirror, on the wall.......

Good riddance to the snow!
I took my '01 out for my first ride of the year...what a great feeling....except for my wrist. Last year I added 3" risers but didn't adjust the angle of the handlebars. On longer rides my throttle wrist would hurt. I angled the bars down and they feel great....except I can no longer see behind me! My mirrors won't pivot up enough in any direction.
What ideas or options has anyone done? My current mirrors are after-market.

Thank you and RIDE SAFE!
