progressive front fork springs for 1500

hi guys,

Has anyone changed their front fork springs to progressive?
I was looking at the post eurekaboy did http://nomad.eurekaboy.com/progressivesprings.htm
and that doesn't look so bad.

(but that's for a 1600)

I've got an 04 1500, so I think that means cartridge shocks.
Based on the write up on gadget's page - it looks like a pain in the ass to change the oil....

My 2000 1500 doesn't have cartridges. I have changed the oil in the forks and it's not hard at all it just takes a little time to pull the oil out using a small tube.

You should be able to do it. I think Gadget's site has instructions for the switch...or I could be mistaken.

Thanks, I hadn't seen that post on Gadget's site.
It looks a bit more tricky then I was hoping - I might add it to the 'next season' list....
