Taked to Jim"oldbikers" Hardin today

Called Jim this afternoon and the trip to the doctor turned out to be more than he thought it would. Bea told me that he just came out of ICU and that Jim had a 5- by-pass surgery a few days ago.I talked with Bea for a few minutes when Jim came to and I got to speak to him a little. Jim sounded very, very weak but in good spirits. He talk about cars, motorcycles and a lot about life, . He has a long ways to go, but this is a good man we have here in our mist.

God speed , Jim

That's quite an ordeal. I know folks, however, that have had 5 and 6 bypass surgeries and come through just fine (if very sore for a while.) Tell Jim the Sons of the South are pullin' for him. :)
