I can't believe they would allow thieves to steal motorcycles and then just ride away because they weren't wearing helmets.

How about knife registration. My nephew lives over there, has for about 10 years now, in the city he lives in all knives over 3 inches in length have to registered with the local police, this includes all kitchen knives. You also need to register any new knife you buy at the place you purchase it.

He told me you don't have to worry about getting shot, but most hold ups are now done with a knife.

The absurdity never ends.

So, rob a bank (at knife point), then escape on a motorcycle but make sure you leave your helmet at home. No one will follow you.
