What brackets being welding are you referring to? I understood the luverne links were just bolt on and your ride seems to be a 2016 Vaquero so bag brackets should not have to be modified. Reason I am asking is that I am doing the links shortly and I have a 2015 Vaquero.

His bike is a Nomad, not a Vaquero. So the bag brackets need to be moved. You won't need to do this on Your Vaquero.

Thanks for the heads up Plumber63. Should not have assumed that it was a Vaquero. Appreciate the clarification.
