Basically the cruiser version of the Sabre... definately more HP than the Nomad and much ligter.... did you have any trouble with the carbs or over heating?

V-4

I rode the '82 Sabre 750 today...... took a while to start then idled fine. It smokes a little out of one tail pipe. Then it over-heated.... seems to get hot at freeway speeds and not idling or around town.

I brought it back home and took the Spirit... such a different ride......... both both fun.

Then when I got back I had a shot of Vodka and a few beers!

Cheers!

(can't wait to see the edit job)

V-4

I was drinking shots of Dewars with Morgan and Coke chasers and at the end after 10 hours I switched to beer for another 4 hours. All in all it was a pretty productive day. My dear wife even let me stay out all night. She's so sweet.

Look's Like those who have experience with the V-4's, Consider them to be pretty reliable !

Seem's that maybe a V-4 would do a good job in a light Aircraft....

And I can tell you from experience..That The Safest Way To Hunt Wild Hog's..Is,

This is a real question, so if you start your sh*t, I will track you and hunt you down like a wild pig.

Do you think the statute of limitations is up or do we still need to look watch out for a pig hunter?

Surely feels like you are flying low when you ride an ST1300!

163 hp

I also had an 83 V45 Magna. Put lots of miles on it. Had a couple babies and then it sat for a couple years. Developed an oil leak but probably just a dried out gasket (Arizona). Never fixed it and sold it with the oil leak. Still ran great, just pissed a bit of oil.
