Vance and hines slip ons too loud

Just bought a 2012 nomad that has the vance and hines twin slash dual slip on mufflers. They sound great at highway speed, but are too loud at lower speeds(higher rpm before shifting) I know it has some sort of a baffle in it already, but is there some other type of baffle I can use to quiet it down some? Thanks

I have the same pipes, pull the baffles and see if they still have the fiberglass packing. I threw mine away but they were pretty quiet (too quiet) beforehand.

Don't use regular fiberglass to wrap the baffles, gotta use oven fiberglass which is more dense and rated for the heat.

Stove rope works well. And they don't come with any type of packing from the factory.
