Don't quit selling on here Mike. To say these two are the minority on the forum would be a huge understatement.
Thanks!! for the kind words. Guess I need to check this more thorough and more often when I have something listed for sale.
Ok, I guess I will relist my Debaffled Stock Pipes from 2007 soon.

Great saying! After my kidney transplant 10 years ago that phrase became my MOTTO!

I don't really know the parties involved, and have not had dealings with any of them. But I did read the threads, and quite frankly it seems like the only thing Mike could have done differently would have been to be a little more patient. But he listed something for sale, sold it, and the person who bought it seems happy. No where that I have seen, is a seller obligated to sell to one member over another, although ettiquete would say that if it is offered, the first person to respond accepting the terms should be given first dibs. Being the first to respond asking for more info is not the same as being the first to say, "I'll take it, the $ is on the way".
Apologies have been offered by Mike, but really, the others need to just move on...If you want a seat so badly, use PayPal and get one somewhere else. Mustang still makes new ones that work just fine. I bought 4 of them over the past 9 years.

Rather then call a person out on the www. how about trying another way to contact this person, and air your concerns?
If you are having problems, maybe the ADMIN could help you with contact info, or pass the info along for you. It seems
that this could have been handled better by ALL parties. I hope that matters like this don't continue to be handled in this fashion.

Mike: I don't want to get in a pissing contest. Even though I've only been on this forum for awhile I can see it has many good guys and that people are always willing to help others. I think one of the problems here is that i saw your comment that you had a Mustang for sale in someone else's thread (when you said you had one for sale in the classified section). The person who started the thread "uncomfortable seat" didn't jump at your suggestion for your seat so I assumed it was still available. Once in the classified section, I couldn't even find the thread but found it in ANOTHER thread. I then sent you an email from work at around 8:00 in the morning. I couldn't try and send a PM because I couldn't log on from work without my password. I had my wife from home send the message YOU"VE GOT MAIL and hoped that would give you a notification like in Delphi Forums. Then I waited for a response one way or the other which never came. That was the source of my aggravation. So I think the main problem here is that there was no specific thread for your seat where everyone could see what the status was and where everyone was in line. Regardless, I've moved on and will stay with my sheepskin until another auction comes along. Bob

ust my 2 cents,, If you sent your e mail from work it may have gone in his e mail spam folder because of the letter head!Just a thought...glad its all worked out now..Too bad it wasnt fixed earlier so no one got upset! I agree with a comment tht if there is a issue with a seller have admin e mail first.. I will keep that in the back of my mind if I buy and have a issue... Anything I purchsed off a member here went 110% smooth,
