Hey Beezer, Sorry about missing your question. I wanted someone else to try this thing out before I started selling them so that I would have a second opinion. Only problem is the guy that I sent it to does not have a MC jack. So much for my marketing savy.

This adapter clips onto the two tabs on the back of the Nomad frame and has two rails that run forward and below the level of the engine case. The front of the adapter has a cross piece that supports the front of the Nomad frame. I used mine about 6 weeks ago to change my oil and loved it. I was able to put the bike all the way in the air on the MC jack and shove a narrow pan inside the jack to catch the oil. Made it easier to get to the oil screen plug. IMHO laying down to change oil on these things is lame. It will really be nice when it comes time to remove wheels. If you want one send me a personal message.

He Bob, That all depends on what the other jack rail is lifting against. Check to make sure that you are not also lifting against the bottom of the engine case. It is aluminum and the bike does weigh almost 800 lubs. That is why I came up with the adapter.

Me Bob or another Bob? I'm going to use this with the red Craftsman jack. It should work right?

Now I see you were talking to Zinger, the other BZ and Bobby Z as well here. This place is so blessed to have 2 of us

Hey Beez, I called my machine shop today and got his recording that says that he is gone until Jan 2nd. Can you imagine? He took time off from work for the Holidays. Some people.
