My thoughts and prayers are with all of you traveling to and from Estes Park. May the wind be at your backs. Drink a beer for me!
As a side note.... I guess the rally Gods are against me this year..... not only can I not attend the Estes Rally because of my job situation and change.... but last Friday, my mother was placed in Hospice. She's been battling cancer for the last two years and last Friday she took a hard turn for the worse. Her kidneys have failed, liver has failed and it's just a matter of time. If I were going to the Rally, I would have had to stay home at the last minute for her. Everybody be alert and get home safely. Trip

Trip, I'm so sorry to hear about your mother. I'm keeping you and your family in my thoughts. Take solace in knowing her suffering is almost over. I lost my dad last August, so I can relate. Hang in there, other rallies will be coming.

Sorry to hear about you Mom Trip.
It is always hard to lose a parent and we all go through it. Take solace that her suffering will soon be over.

So sorry to hear of your Mom's illness. My parents are both still with me and both hold a very special place in my heart. They were and are the best parents anyone could hope for. I dread the day when I lose either one of them. Sad to say those days are coming. They are both in their upper 80's. Bless you my friend.
