Swingarm Play / Movement

I have a 99 Nomad that I recently purchased with around 48k.

I just greased the rear swingarm and noticed it moves side to side almost an 1/8th of an inch.

Not sure if this is normal or not. All of the spacers and seals are in place.

I don't see any additional parts listed so I figured I'd see if anyone had any info.
